The Los Osos Community Services District will hold a special meeting to discuss next year’s budget, set for Thursday, May 20 at Sea Pines Golf resort, 1945 Solano St. The board will have closed session at 6 and open session at 7 when district G.M. Kathy Kivley and her staff will present the proposed budget. The agenda says the board is to review it and give direction on going ahead and drafting a fiscal year 2015-16 budget for adoption.
