Morro Bay Police are asking for the public’s help to find an apparent runaway Morro Bay teenage girl, who was last seen on Sunday.

According to Det. Gene Stuart, police were notified at 12:10 p.m. July 4 of a runaway/missing 16-year-old girl who was last seen the day before at her home.

The girl, identified as Emily Elizabeth Taylor, was believed to be carrying a large, black duffle bag, wearing a yellow rain jacket, leggings and possibly a teal-colored down vest, when she was last seen.
