photodune-7234346-easter-hunt-xsThe 26th Annual Bay Osos Kiwanis Club’s Easter Egg Hunt is set for 10 a.m. Saturday, April 4 at the South Bay Community Center in Los Osos. The egg hunt is for kids 2-7-years old and is free for everyone. There will be prizes for the Best Costume, and Best Colored Egg, plus a hot dog lunch, bounce house, face painting, balloon animals, a 4-H petting zoo, photos with the Easter Bunny, story time with the library and demos by the Boy Scouts. Rains means wet kids will hunt wet, hard-boiled eggs.

In Cayucos, the Lioness Club will hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt and Easter Bonnet Dog Parade on April 4 at Hardie Park. The day starts at 10 a.m. at Hadie Park with the Lionesses’ Easter Egg Hunt. Take photos with the Easter Bunny, hunt for plastic eggs with hidden treats. The Dog Parade starts at noon. Dress up your favorite pooch in its best Easter Bonnet and outfit. Prizes awarded for Best Costume, Best Behaved, Best Bonnet and many more. Proceeds fund the Mutt Mitt Program. Pre-registration is $8 a dog and $10 at the event. And in Morro Bay, a Spring Piano Concert, featuring world acclaimed pianists, Edith Orloff and Robert Krupnick will perform at 2 p.m. April 4 at the Calvary Lutheran Church of Morro Bay at 480 Monterey Ave., at Anchor Street. Donations at the door. Orloff will play pieces by Chopin and Beethoven, and Krupnick will play Rameau, Ravel and Mozart.
