Ahoy, Mermaids, Pirates and Sea Creatures — the 10th Annual Morro Bay Mermaid & Pirate Parade is set to shove off at 10 a.m. with signups on Saturday, May 21 from Target Rock. Mermaids, pirates and sea creatures (and their parents) are invited to dress up and join the parade up the Harbor Walk to Dockside Too. Sign-ups are at 10 and free to register. Parade starts at 10:30. Costs are covered by the sponsors — Dockside Too, and the Morro Bay Seniors, Inc. Goodie bags, prize drawings, and seafood snacks for participating children.
