Pismo Beach Jewelry Store Burglarized

Pismo Beach police are looking for two suspects involved in a burglary of a local jewelry store.

On Sept. 28, at approximately 1 P.m., officers were dispatched to the Diamond Designs business located on Oak Park Boulevard for a report of a subject who stole merchandise from the business and fled.

The suspect was described as a white or Hispanic male in his 30s, wearing a red hat and gray sweatpants. The suspect entered an awaiting vehicle, described as a: 90’s model primer black Ford Thunderbird, 2-door with a California license plate 6MDZ477.

The vehicle was driven by a white male in his thirties, with light brown hair, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with numerous tattoos on both arms. He was wearing a white San Francisco 49ers jersey.

As the suspects fled the area, the driver collided with an approaching vehicle causing minor damage to the victim’s vehicle and possible damage to the left side of the suspect vehicle.

No weapons were seen or reported to have been used during the crime and no injuries were sustained. The merchandise taken in the burglary was valued at over $1,500, according to a news release.
