The Estero Bay Republican Women’s Federated, whose members encompass Los Osos, Morro Bay and Cayucos, will have its next monthly luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, March 17 at the Morro Bay Golf Course Clubhouse. This month’s speaker will be long-time Republican Party activist, Duf Sundheim, a one-time page in the Illinois State Legislature, and California Republican Party Chairman from 2003-07, leading the Recall Election efforts that saw Arnold Schwarzenegger elected governor. His focus has been has been government reform and increased citizen participation. Lunch is $22.
