Oscars Night Fundraiser, Feb. 21

From a California native’s point of view, Central Coast residents in general know how to party for a good cause. Well, if you are one of those people, Cayucos has the answer for you. Moreè Productions in association with Dick Mellinger are hosting the 2nd Annual 87th Oscar VIP party fundraiser Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the Cayucos Veterans Hall in an attempt to donate to the Cayucos Elementary Education Foundation (CEF). Even though these children may be Cayucos natives, they will soon be educational residents of both Morro Bay and Cambria, enriching everyone’s community throughout San Luis Obispo County!
The children are definitely the centerfold of this event. However, the Oscars are already a big event in themselves. This event, being a pre-party to the Oscar viewing, makes it a complete Oscar weekend! Our guests get to bring their bling, dress to the 9’s, take home a personalized photo from our own paparazzi photographer, make some photo memories of their own in our photo booth, marvel their pallet with Giancarlo’s custom Oscar dinner menu, get down on our uplighted dance floor, compete in some surprise movie-themed games including a celebrity look a like/movie character contest which the winners will receive $500 in cash in prizes, and many more exciting wonders throughout the night. Our guest of honor is the biggest reveal of them all. You will get the chance to meet and mingle with Charles Poalillo, Academy Award photographer of 24 years who is broadcasting never before seen vintage celebrity photos to view the night of the event. In all of its glorious glamour and glee, our event is the party not to be missed!
