Pacific Gas & Electric recently donated $3,000 to the Honor Flight Central Coast, a non-profit organization that raises money to send WWII, Korean and Vietnam War veterans to Washington D.C. to visit the war monuments erected to honor their service and sacrifice. The money is enough to pay for two veterans to make the trip. ‘It is an honor to have PG&E’s support in our goal to send as many Central Coast veterans on their Tour of Honor,’ said John Gajdos of Honor Flight. ‘Thank you PG&E for your support.’ See: www.honorflightccc.org for more information on the organization.
