The San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport is holding San Luis Obispo Airport Day, on Oct. 10 along with an Open House at the Cal Fire Station on the grounds.
Making this year special a Ground Breaking Ceremony for the new terminal building will be held.
The event will include, “vintage airplanes, static displays, guided tower tours, food and music, as well as activities for kids.”
There will also be free admission and, unusual for the airport, parking. The event takes place from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. The groundbreaking is at 11:30 a.m.
