S ome 71 employee volunteers with Pacific Gas & Electric, along with friends and family members, turned out April 16 at Montaña de Oro State Park to perform a number of clean up, trail maintenance, and restoration projects around the park. It was part of a company-wide effort of public service projects. Ed Halpin, a senior vice president and chief nuclear office at Diablo Canyon told volunteers, ‘Last April, more than 2,500 PG&Eers, along with family and friends, volunteered a total of more than 11,000 hours throughout Northern and Central California.
