Sometimes we look at someone and say he or she is a “natural” at something: painting, working with animals, musical ability. While it is true that talent cannot be learned, it is also true that most of the people who seem natural at something put in long hours of practice and study. For three days at the Amgen Tour of California, the Slovakian national champion had to settle for silver medals, but he sprinted to victory in Avila Beach! Wouter Wippert (Drapac) was second, and Mark Cavendish (Etixx-Quick-Step) finished third.
